Fire-Resistant Coating
Intumescent systems expand on contact with fire to form a protective layer. They are not limited to structural steel: we also apply them to timber surfaces, fire doors, cable trays and ventilation ducts.

Before painting, we remove rust, mill scale and old coatings with pressurised abrasive blasting to achieve Sa 2.5 surface preparation, so the coating applied on top adheres for the long term.

Electric & Pneumatic Spray Equipment
With airless and conventional spray pumps we coat large surfaces quickly and evenly, with minimal material loss.
Blasting Equipment & Power Units
High-capacity compressors, blasting nozzles and portable power units let us work without interruption even on sites with no power supply.
Quality Control Instruments
Using dry film thickness (DFT) gauges, surface profile gauges and humidity/temperature meters, we check every coat against its specification.
